Before you ask

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your customers keep calling the number they already know. We set your line to send calls to the receptionist when you do not answer, and walk you through it for your phone provider.

Will callers know it is not a person?

Yes. It introduces itself as your virtual assistant, and it says it is an AI if anyone asks. It also lets callers know the call may be recorded.

What if it does not know the answer?

It says so and takes a message. It is set up to use only the facts you approved, and not to invent prices, availability or promises.

What happens after hours?

By default it takes a message and you get a text. If you want urgent calls to ring your phone after hours too, that can be turned on.

What do you need from me?
